It’s Easy with Email!

Providing the Jericho Library with your email address will give you the benefits listed below and other future enhancements.  All correspondence will be made directly with the Jericho Public Library.
Your email is confidential and will not be shared with any 3rd party source.

Email Overdue Notices and Bills

Patrons with email addresses will receive Courtesy Notices (notices sent to patrons alerting them an item is almost due). They are meant as a reminder, to help you manage your library activity and avoid fines and delinquencies by alerting you to imminent due dates. These emails will be generated 3 days before an item is due. The library will also deliver Overdue Notices and Bill Notices via email to all patrons whose records contain a valid email address.

Preferred Search Email

When you are logged into MY ACCOUNT and searching the catalog, you may save any search as a “Preferred Search.” This saves you from having to re-enter searches that you do frequently based on your interests or needs. Another advantage is whenever new material is added to the collection that matches your saved “Preferred Search,” the library will email you, notifying you that you can place a request, or visit the library to borrow it.

Forgot Your Pin?

Click on MY ACCOUNT. It will bring you to a new page where you can then choose “Forgot Your PIN?” and the system will send you an email with a link to change it.

To take advantage of these features, please complete the following form. All of the above features require you to have a valid email address in your patron record. You may also update your email address online by logging into MY ACCOUNT and selecting Modify Personal Information.  Enter your email address and click Submit.
