LONG ISLAND CHILDREN’S MUSEUM PASS PROGRAM

A museum pass to the Long Island Children’s Museum (LICM) is available to Jericho Public Library cardholders in good standing who have signed the Museum Pass User Agreement. A new agreement form must be signed each time a museum pass is checked out or reserved.

Museum passes
should be reserved in advance, either by phone or in person, and must be checked out by an adult 18 years or older. Reservations will be taken up to two months in advance of the desired date, subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.

Passes may be borrowed for three or four days, depending on the day it is checked out. It must be returned ½ hour before closing time on the date due. A pass that is borrowed on Tuesday, must be returned by 8:30 PM on Thursday. A pass that is borrowed on Friday, must be returned by 8:30 PM on Monday. The pass must be returned to the Children’s Room during library operating hours. The pass may not be placed in the book drop.

Late charges are $10 per day. In the event that the pass is not returned and the library pays entrance fees for the next user, those entrance fees will be added to the late fees. In the event that the pass is lost, a $50.00 replacement fee will be charged.

The museum reserves the right to determine the rules and regulations governing the use of the museum pass.
