Description

Supervisor Saladino and the Oyster Bay Town Board are offering this program for seniors to obtain a wallet sized ID card.

The card includes a photo, the holder’s personal contact information (name and date of birth), an emergency contact name and phone number as well as pertinent medical information which could be useful to emergency responders.

No appointment necessary.
