The link for the Zoom Meeting will be sent in a separate email from your reminder email closer to the time of the actual event.
Most young adults (and the rest of us) live on autopilot: wake up, go to school, work, eat dinner, maybe socialize, study, and go to sleep without much thought. Frequently they believe they have no choice and feel powerless in their lives. These inner and outer blocks can prevent our young people from reaching their full potential and often cause stress, anxiety, and depression. Once they recognize these obstacles, they can learn to challenge them and “get out of their own way.”
Join Eileen Der Aris, Life Coach for Young Adults, with your teens or come alone to learn what blocks you have that cause so much stress. Become empowered to gain the ability to be aware of these patterns, instead of those thoughts controlling you! Once equipped with this information, young adults and their parents can better understand how you can both live your lives with greater ease and reach your true potential.
