Join us for a delightful introduction to seasonal wagashi as we explore the beloved strawberry daifuku. Watch a live demonstration of how soft, pillowy daifuku mochi dough is made, then get hands-on practice filling and shaping your own strawberry daifuku. Learn the techniques behind this elegant Japanese treat and create sweets that taste as beautiful as they look.
