Dustin Hoffman is an actor known for his intense and versatile portrayals of antiheroes and emotionally vulnerable characters. Since his star making performance in The Graduate in 1967, Hoffman remains an artist who examines and considers every minute element of his work in order to create the most moving, human, and believable character possible. It is this perfectionism that has led to a career of stunning variety and nearly unparalleled achievement.
