George C. Scott was an actor of extraordinary range and daring, most celebrated for his performances as General George S. Patton Jr. in the movie Patton. Scott had a range and intensity that helped him create a variety of unforgettable characters on stage and in films. He was a natural, intuitive actor who came alive on stage or before the camera. From sinister killers and con men to flawed doctors, social workers and lawyers, he could play them all, aware of the power a performance could have. Scott’s talent remains unique and highly regarded. This look at the man and his career will showcase his talents and magnetism that made his performance unforgettable.
