Description
Starting in Athens, up on the Acropolis, we will explore the city where democracy was born. We will visit the site of ancient theaters where Sophocles and Aristotle inspired the plots for many of today’s film productions. Then we will wander the ancient agora where Socrates taught, and the stadium where the first Olympic Games were held. Finally, we will set sail on the blue Aegean taking in the myths, ancient ruins, spiritual sites, beaches and the incomparable sunsets of Mykonos, Santorini, Delos, Patmos, Rhodes and Crete. A perfect way to spend a June afternoon!
