The Guthrie Brothers have been inseparable from the moment their mother introduced one year old Jock to his newborn brother, Jeb. The earth moved when they heard The Everly Brothers on an old restaurant jukebox and they were permanently hooked on two voices singing as one. Later came Simon & Garfunkel, John & Paul, Peter & Gordon, Chad & Jeremy, The Righteous Brothers, Seals & Crofts and many more. You will hear the echoes of their influences in several of the Guthrie’s original songs which will also be featured in the performance, a tribute to their favorite music presented with passion, humor and history. The music is timeless and there will be a memory in every note.
