Did you find comfort in ice cream, potato chips and sugary drinks during the pandemic? You are not alone! Many have gained what we call the Quarantine 15. Learn tips for avoiding overeating and over-stressing now that we are returning to a new normal. You will walk away with a game plan for eating healthier, avoiding triggers that bring stress and engaging in self-care. Learn how to reduce cravings, slim down and feel comfortable in your favorite clothing again.
